We have great outdoor facilities in Toledo and the surrounding suburbs. Our indoor tournaments are played in the Rossford Dome, the 2nd largest dome in North America. So you know when you play with us, you’ll be playing in a quality location.
Our tournament schedules, standings, and brackets are all hosted online. A direct link will be posted on the tournament webpage which is viewable by all coaches, players, and fans. Very convenient for you.
You can enter and pay online. Each coach, assistant coach, and manager can register online. By updating their text message preferences, they will all receive the most updated tournament information.
Great Communication! Weather delays, tournament changes, schedule updates, and anything else related to the tournament will be communicated to you in a timely manner. You won’t have to sit around and wonder. When we get information, you’ll get information. Additionally, after updating coaches, our tournament blog will be updated so parents and fans can also access the same important information we are relaying to you. All right from the tournament webpage.
We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit Fastpitch Softball organization. That means your support at our tournaments directly benefits other student-athletes playing the sport we love.
So please consider us when making your tournament schedule for the year. Our tournaments offer great competition for A, B, and C level teams. You will be able to specify your level when you enter and when possible, we’ll make sure that your schedule reflects the level you selected.

The dome is leased by tournaments at an hourly rate. The rate is set by the dome ownership. The tournaments then set their pricing based on the hourly rates set by the dome.
The dome ownership has determined a "prime" and a "nonprime" hourly rate. Tournaments that operate during nonprime hours can operate at a reduced rate. For example, a tournament that operates on a Friday before 5:00PM will have hourly rental rates lower, nearly 1/2 price, of those operating on a Saturday. The same hourly rate is set for nonprime days, like holidays. So hosting a tournament on a holiday or on a week day prior to 5:00PM can lower their entry fees.
The dome ownership has determined their nonprime rates based on historical usage and historical usage requests. Their experience is that holidays and all week days prior to 5:00PM are difficult to fill. So they reduced their rate to entice participation during those nonprime hours.
The dome has determined that their primary season is from November the 1st through March 31st. Although they do business throughout the year, the primary usage occurs during this time frame. The Lady Irish have secured 3 weekends during the dome's season for indoor tournaments. The dome is reluctant to release any other weekends, especially after January 1st, due the the high demand of soccer and other indoor sports.
The Lady Irish secured our dates due to the expected participation of softball during the prime indoor season. We are working closely with the dome to provide more opportunities during some nonprime hours and holidays, at a reduced entry fee.
Beat the cold and enjoy one of our indoor tournament opportunities.
